She is also the founder of T. Spencer Enterprise, where she provides professional tax preparation services, startup business planning and creation support, and licensed life insurance solutions.

With her blend of executive leadership experience, project management skills, and financial expertise, Teneshia is passionate about helping individuals and small businesses build a strong financial foundation.
She is currently pursuing her CPA license and is dedicated to making financial literacy and tax knowledge more accessible to the community.
